COVID-19 updates

 At Artisan we are back working whilst making sure to follow the Welsh Government Guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Therefore, all visits to our showroom will be by appointment only for up to 2 members of the same household at any one time in order to safeguard our employees as well as our customers. All social distancing measures will be adhered to during appointments and face coverings are mandatory except for those who are exempt.

Christmas Hours

We will be closed for the Christmas holidays from the 18th December and we will re-open on Monday 4th January.

During this time, we will be monitoring the phone and emails so if you have any urgent queries, please do not hesitate to contact us and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
