I’ve used Artisan to install windows and doors on both a a traditional barn conversion and a high street office. The service is second to none and product quality has proved to be superior to others - which in the long term, makes a competitive price even cheaper.

Artisan built a conservatory on the back of our home, to extend my mother's 'granny flat'. The end result fits perfectly into the landscape and the modern building materials are finished seamlessly to compliment our existing wood windows.
If only Artisan did all types of building work - we'd use them for everything! Exemplary craftsmanship, extremely good customer service and all round fantastic people. Based on recommendation and a reasonable quote, earlier this year we chose Artisan to supply and fit new windows and patio doors. The whole team were amazing, from Ian's design suggestions (making it look appropriate for our Victorian house), to the installers with their attention to detail. We have had many positive comments about the windows, including one from an independent FENSA inspector who called recently and said "this is one of the best installations I have ever seen!"

The team at Artisan were highly efficient and professional, making the choice and installation of our doors and windows an effortless process from our point of view. The installers were terrific. No mess and great attention to detail. The seven windows and the set of French Doors were installed in less than three days, including removing and disposing of the previous rotten wooden windows.
The new windows and doors look so smart that I fear I will have to redecorate the house to make it worthy of them.

Last week we had the absolute joy of Artisan installing windows at our home. The whole process has been an experience, a lovely one.
We were initially met by Rowan who discussed options with us, no hard sell, just options and advice.
Then Ian guided us through in more detail, making suggestions we’d never have considered that have improved our home. He has an eye for what looks good on a property, we put our trust in him and don’t regret it at all, our windows are drawing plenty of compliments and we’re beside ourselves with happiness.
Then the install came, fantastic team of fitters, efficient clean and tidy, well mannered and friendly. Additional work was needed, all undertaken without a qualm, nothing was too much trouble. While they had the pebble dash out, they kindly tidied a small patch on a wall for us too. The standard of finish is impeccable, so neat around the reveals, protection used so no scratches on sills, carpets hoovered, glass and surfaces wiped down, spotless finish.

We engaged with Artisan Windows in the autumn of 2023 and asked them to remove our old conservatory, and replace it with a new garden room, with big windows looking out over the garden and a "warm roof" overhead. The structure is an absolute delight and a game changer to the structure of our property......warm, comfortable, light (the roof contains velux windows), and quite simply a wonderful enhancement to our home. The Artisan team were a great "crew" to have on site and have I no hesitation in recommending them and providing this testimonial.
